🚨 Community Safety Alert – Anti-Social Behaviour & Burglary Prevention 🚨

We have received reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and burglaries in the area, particularly involving garages, sheds, and outbuildings.

Residents are encouraged to take the following steps to help protect their property:

✅ Ensure garages, sheds, and outbuildings are locked securely at all times, even when at home.

✅ Use high-quality locks, padlocks, and security lighting where possible.

✅ Install or maintain CCTV cameras covering entrances, driveways, garages, and garden areas. Visible CCTV can act as a strong deterrent to offenders.

✅ Consider fitting alarms to garages and sheds and securing valuable items such as bicycles, tools, and garden equipment.

✅ Mark valuable property with a postcode or property-marking solution to aid identification if stolen.

✅ Report any suspicious activity, unknown persons loitering around properties, or vehicles acting suspiciously in the area.
